I use a resource called the PA/Phonics Toolkit to quickly assess student needs in early literacy. It provides quick one-page screeners from Phonological Awareness "Word Level" right through to decoding and advanced phonics. For the practise of foundational maths facts and strategies, the Mental Maths Continuum document may assist you with flashcard content. Within the Flashcard Club, there are also resources related to InitiaLit, Letters and Sounds, Jolly Phonics and other language programs, as well as generic phonics resources.
